Labor Rate Pricing Breakdown

15% Cash Discount
Labor Rate: $127.79 per hour - 2 movers
(General Labor Rate) add $47.79 for each additional mover

Pro Handyman Hourly Rate $87.79 per hour

One time Transportation Charge/Fuel Surcharge/ ($40 minimum depending on location)

Payment is due on site at completion of each days work.
We accept cash, venmo, zelle, cashapp, card (add 3.5%), check, or paypal.
The flat rate Transportation/Trip Charge varies by project distance. It is used to cover the cost of drive to get a two-mover team in place with equipment and tools. Bend $40, $Tumalo $60, Redmond $75-85, Sunriver $85, Terrebonne $90, Sisters $100, Prineville $120. Increases based on crew size.

Additional equipment and material needs will be billed back at cost plus 15%
Our hourly rate covers and includes shrink wrap, blankets, standard moving tools, straps, dolly's, power tools, clean up equipment etc.

We require a 2 hour minimum for any mission plus a per day trip charge. The clock starts when we arrive at origin and begin the preload site inspection. The clock stops when the unload is done, all the furniture is assembled and in place, equipment put away, and you give us the thumbs up. We deduct meal times and any extensive break times. For out of area service we waive the trip charge and bill hourly rate starting and ending with time to the shop in Bend.

Estimating the Labor Only cost of your move
​
2 movers for half a day of labor is approximately $400 - $600
​
2 movers for the entire day is approximately $1,000.
​
4 movers for an entire day is typically about $1,900 total cost for labor.
​
Always consider hiring an extra mover to avoid fatigue and longer days as the first 6 hours are typically the fastest!
​
Your location distance from Bend and the trip time between locations will also impact the total cost of your move. Materials and equipment needs that are not included in hourly rate will also increase the total cost of your moving project.
